Exploring Stories, Healing, and Imagination
Alongside my work as a psychotherapist, I enjoy writing and creating resources that explore the human experience, spirituality, and the ways we navigate life’s challenges. Writing allows me to connect with people in a different way — through imagination, story, and reflection.
Currently, my focus is on both children’s literature and educational content about psychotherapy, mental health, and the integration of nature in healing.
The Dragon in the Alley
My first published work is a children’s book titled “The Dragon in the Alley.”
This story explores themes of courage, empathy, and overcoming challenges, inviting young readers to navigate difficult emotions alongside the characters. It’s inspired by my belief that storytelling can help children understand themselves and the world around them, and that even small acts of kindness and bravery can make a big difference.
